Our
Farm

Our roots are in farming. Growing up on a farm taught us to appreciate good food, hard work, and taking care of our animals and land.

Today, our family is proud to call Prince Edward County home, where we’re putting those lessons into practice. We’re growing, raising, and baking close to home, using regenerative farming practices and doing our best to care for the place that we call home.

We care about growing good food, caring for the land, and sharing it with the community around us.

Our story,
our place and,
the way we farm

The story behind the name

Inspired by the land.

There’s a rich history to our farm.

For over a century, this land was farmed and cared for by the same family. Their roots run deep here, and the farm is part of the fabric of the local community and the story of farming in Prince Edward County. We’re honoured to now be its stewards, building on what came before and adding our own chapter to the farm’s story.

The name Whitbrook comes from a small seasonal creek that runs through the property. 'Whit' is an old English word meaning small, while 'brook' means a small stream. Together, they give us Whitbrook Farm.

The creek has been part of this landscape for generations, and now it’s part of our story too. We’re grateful to care for this land, honour its history, and keep good food growing here for our neighbours and community.

Say hello!
